Kate designs creative, unique visual identities that make brands instantly recognisable and stand out from the crowd.
This is perfect for you if you know your target customer but don't have a cohesive brand identity that attracts them. We can work together to define your brand message and help you reach the right people.

Process
After you've contacted us we'll send you a brand Q&A to complete to learn more about your business, industry, likes, dislikes and plans for the future. Kate will look carefully at the information you've provided and do her own research.
Then Kate will design three initial logo concepts which we'll send to you for review. When you've chosen a logo to develop we'll go through three rounds of revisions to get it just right.
Creating a visual identity isn't just about slapping a logo on a business or product and calling it done. A brand's identity needs to be consistent and cohesive throughout, and it needs to be flexible enough for a variety of purposes. Included in all projects is a logo that can be used on dark backgrounds and a submark or icon.
If we're working on a website for you as well as a visual identity, Kate will design your visual identity before we move on to the website.

We design and build fast, easy to use websites that are accessible to everyone.
Our website design and development services are for you if you need a new website, a website refresh, or you're fed up with trying to DIY your slow to load, SEO poor template site. What you want is an elegant, easy to navigate website that will help you attract and retain your right audience. We hear you, and we're here for you.

Design
During our onboarding process, we'll have an in-depth conversation with you via email, phone or video call to get to know you and your business, your goals for the future and your brand personality. Kate will then go away and research your business and have a glance at your competitors. It's good to know what other people in your industry are up to, but when growing a business that meets your needs and the needs of your customers it's important to focus on the path ahead.
Kate will then draw up a homepage design which she'll email to you for review. When everyone's happy, she'll finish the design for the rest of the site and then work with Mark during the development phase. It's important she has finished copy and images to work with at the beginning of the design stage because this will result in a more cohesive brand identity.
If we design a visual identity for your brand as well as a website, we'll design your visual identity before we design your website.
Development
Mark will custom build your website because this is the only way to make websites that are fast, accessible to everyone and SEO friendly. He doesn't use template builder sites. They are always slow to load because they’re full of bloated code which quickly leads to frustrated users.
Also, template sites are often inaccessible to people with disabilities, particularly visual impairments. We believe the web should be accessible to everyone.
Whilst we cannot guarantee that your website will reach the top of Google, search engines reward sites that are accessible and written with performant code. So by investing in a custom-built website, you will ensure your business can be found by your audience.
